Good day.

So today was super stressful. I've been kind of out of it all day; zoning in and out of conversations while millions of questions race through my head. Everything ranging from Comm school applications, courses, majors, summer plans, and the future in general to think about. Should I take Intro to Regressional Analysis and basically have an Econ major declared FOR me? Should I take random Anthropology classes because they sound so awesome? What the heck should I major in? Do I want to get an Economics degree and go down that path? What should I write for my application essays? How should I write my application essays? What should I do this summer? Should I go to Shanghai for the UVa summer program (and essentially miss my cousin's HS graduation)? Should I try looking for an internship somewhere? Should I volunteer abroad somewhere? Should I stay here in Charlottesville and get training for working in a Blood Mobile? Should I go back to Thailand and just spend time with my aging grandparents? Should I take summer courses here at UVa so that I can fit in interesting classes that I would otherwise not have time to take? Just... so much to think about.

And when I got home today some things happened that greatly annoyed me so I just decided to leave and go for a run. All I did was run up and down Lambeth Field, but gosh, it felt so good just to run and clear my head. Despite the fact that it was freakishly cold outside and my hands were about to freeze and fall off, just being outside and breathing the outside air did the job. The monotony of the run (and the alone time), gave me time to really mull all these things over. This is not to say that I have answers to all the questions listed above, it is just that I forgot how great running can be when you're alone outside in the cold.

I love running.

I guess I should tackle/finish those application essays now...
